Mihle, leading the way.

Mihle, Miss Epozini 2015.
Mihle with MILELO.
"Eagles don't flock", they say but when I first met with Mihle Senamile Ngcobo, on a night, few months ago; she was singing an acapela song with a group of friends and family in front of her flat in Braamfontein.

This beautiful performance got myself and a friend's attention and we paused to listen to them as they sing one of Beyonce's songs,"Ave Maria!"

We did clap and they noticed and ran to hug us.On this day, gems were discovered. After exchanging contacts and few emails we decided to take it to the next level with Milelo(Angels of Hope).

Mihle, is the leader of Milelo, an acapela group,of three girls. Though it is too early to talk about this group but the time is right to talk about Mihle who's already in winning ways, as she was recently crowned Miss Epozini!

Braamfontein Alive decided to interview her after a surprise visit was paid by her and the rest of her group at our office on 27th May, 2015.Below is what she has to say:

Q: How are you today, Mihle?
A: I am good and fantastic.

Q: Can you tell me about yourself?
A: I'm 22 years old and I'm studying freight and logistics at SA Maritime.

Q: Can you tell me more about your new status as Miss Epozini?
A: I entered for this pageant competition. We modeled two outfits and answered various questions and at the end I was chosen as the winner.

Q: I quite understand that you are a leader of a music group, can you also tell me more?
A: Yes, Milelo (Angels of Hope) was found after you guys spotted us and right now we are doing acapela and busy with our brand through the help of our manager; Mr. Aphiwe Sidumo. Is a group of three girls and our group name comes from our names.

Q: So what should people expect from you in the nearest future?
A: The sky is not the limit.People should expect to see us on billboard soon, Hollywood we are coming out and we cannot wait to perform at Madison Square on New Year Eve in New York one day.

Q: What are you currently busy with?
A: We are currently working on something with various artists in studio and we want to be recognised firstly in our neighbourhood, Braamfontein and at home then we will branch out all over the world.

Q: Who's your role-model?
A: Lira, I love her personality and you will never read anything negative about her.

Q: So what do you plan to do with your modelling career?
A: As a plump size, I never believe I can win that contest but I think God has a way to tell us to go for it if you really want it.

Q: Do you agree with me that you just introduced, a new generation of models in South Africa, if not Africa as a whole?
A: Yes, I do agree. I love myself the way I am and I'm not going to hit the gym to go down. Is all about appreciating life the way you are.

Q: Thank you for your time and I wish you all the best.
A: Thank you.

Mihle is leading the way to be a new generation of models and pursing a musical career. What are you doing today to change the world?
