The Effect Of The Truth You Know On Your Life And Relationship

How I wish that what men calls the truth are truly the truth, perhaps their lives wouldn’t have been in a mess.
.
Who told you that’s the truth before you absorb it? Where is it coming from? What is in a truth when it puts your life in bondage? What’s the truth when it pollutes your life and destiny?
.
There are over hundreds of truths, how-to, principles, counsels or coated lies that many people have bought and the aftermath of their lives are actually nothing to write home about.
.
How can you tell me you know what you’re doing or what you want when in essence, it made you a victim of abortion, premarital sex, baby mama, unprepared motherhood, extramarital sex, unwanted pregnancy and other relationship issues?
.
Every other truths you buy that doesn’t come from God or His word is a counterfeit. This is not a personal opinion but a statement of fact! It’s only the truth that comes from God that’s the best bet for your life and destiny.
.
Many people delight in lies, half-truth, deceit or sugar-coated flattering because of the immediate gratification it often brings. Some have even turn scientists, philosophers, motivational speakers or authors to be a custodian of truth when it contradicts God’s Word. For every truth you absorb, it has its resultant effect on your life and destiny.
.
Why run to the media, movies or men who’s teaching and lives contradicts God to buy lies even when you have an atom of truth in you? Truth comes in different forms such as laws, principles, opinions or counsel but the point is the authenticity and effect over your life.
.
A thing doesn’t become the truth when it comes from the world, it is only the truth when it originates from God.
.
For instance, scientists can come up with seven reasons why you must have sex before marriage and it would be loaded with medical research or philosophies that appears true. But when it violates God’s law, it’s nothing but lies and deception and would put your life in trouble.
.
Let me show you some facts about the truth you need to know that would help your life.
.
1. The truth sanctifies (John 17:17)
.
Any law, principle or opinions you adopt in life that does corrupt or pollute your life isn’t the truth. The truth that comes from God sanctifies.
.
It is not truth when it exposes your life to immoral and ungodly practices. How can masturbation or pornography become an alternative to premarital or extramarital sex? How will the abuse of substance ease off tension or depression when in the long run would destroy your life?
.
Check that ‘truth’, if it makes you sin against God, then discard it otherwise you’ll become His enemy. Buy truths that comes from God for it is only the one that can preserve your life and destiny.
.
2. The truth sets free (John 8:32)
.
It’s not love when you’re trapped in bondage because he tells you he loves you or you’re in a secret or destructive relationship. How can it be the truth when it puts your life in the bondage of sin?
.
The nature of God’s truth is that it doesn’t put a man’s life in bondage but sets it free. Any truth that makes you an addict, abusive or exposes your life to daring consequences is not the truth.
.
The truth from God may seem old-fashioned or ‘irrelevant’ but its effect is better than the ones that would put your life in bondage even when they seem to be ‘current’ or generally accepted.
.
Before you believe his words, grant her wish or live with those principles that you have mastered over the years, check if it would set you free from terrible consequences and preserve your life and destiny.
.
Don’t live with hearsay, pay the price to know the truth that comes from God through personal diligent study of the bible and its application. Don’t live your life on what some people or ‘pastors’ say when it contradicts God’s Word.
.
Be curious to know how true it is in the light of God’s word before you absorb it. Remember, the bible contains all the truth about life and relationship that won’t put your life in a mess.
