Your Birthright: Don't Sell It.

The value you place on something will determine how you keep and handle it. Your birthright is your salvation and spiritual inheritance. Whatever happens and whatever did not happen, don't sell or give up your Birthright.

"According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust." (2 Peter 1:3-4)

Various tests and trials will come to you in life, so that you can give up your birthright. This calls for great self-control, self-discipline and great watchfulness.
"Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest a
ny root of bitterness springing up trouble you , and thereby many be defiled; Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright. For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears."

Hebrews 12:15-17
Think before you jump or take any decision. Your birthright is your greatest spiritual value and asset. Keep your birthright as you seek success in your academics, career, job employment, marriage, ministry and any achievements in life. Revelation 14:13; Deuteronomy 12:10
"But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and raiment (Basic Neccesities of life) let us be therewith content. But they that will be rich (Excessively rich) fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money (Selfish and Uncontrolled desire for wealth) is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness." 1 Timothy 6:6-11

I will keep my birthright. God will give me grace to do so in Jesus' Name. Amen.

"For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's."(1 Corinthians 6:20).
