'DO YOU NEED HELP?'

"Let Your hand help me: for I have chosen Your precept" - Psalm 119:173
.
Only a man that is capable of offering help would one go to for help. And a man that needed help is one who will cry from help. Many wished to be helped but they fail to do what would make them receive help. A boy who wanted his father to carry him must ensure that he spread out his arms wide open and ask for it.
.
Are you doing what would make God to help you over that situation in life? God doesn't help sinners because He doesn't answer their prayers (Psalm 66:18). If He'll help you, you must follow His precepts.
.
To follow His precept is a choice that you must personally make. Not everyone will choose His precepts.
.
To choose His precepts is to first ensure that you choose to serve Him (Josh. 24:15). You can't follow His instructions if you're not serving Him. Joseph followed His commandments because he's served Him (Gen. 39:9).
.
Serving God isn't about being religious, it's about doing His will (John 4:23-24). Next is to obey His precepts. Obedience is highly rewarding than becoming merely religious (1 Sam. 15:22). Do all that His precepts commands.
.
To obtain His help, you must ask (Matt. 7:7). How can He help you when you do not ask Him? The poor widow disturbed the unjust judge until he did what she requested. God won't help you when you fail to persistently pray (Luke 18:7-8).
.
Importantly, look up to the help that comes from His hand (Ps. 121:1-2). You mustn't have any option to the help that you want except that which comes from Him - trust Him wholeheartedly.
.
Dearly beloved, do you want God's help over that pressing need? Serve Him. Obey His instructions. Ask persistently in prayers. Then put your trust in Him.
