No Price, No Prize.

If you fail to pay the price, you can never win the prize. Taking shortcuts to winning the prize is failure and an abrupt termination of your life.
.
We are in a generation of youths who want spiritual power, but cannot pay the price in attaining it. We want success, but we can't sweat it out. Many wanted a good marriage but fail to drill out the worse in them. Many wanted to be the richest this, the most famous that, the best that; but love to spend hours watching movies, soccer and to indulge in futile conversation.
.
Much of our problems in this generation is not first spiritual, it is laziness - inability to delay immediate gratification. How many had taken time to discover his or her purpose and are toiling day and night to seeing it fulfilled? Yet, the only thing we discover is a boyfriend or girlfriend relationship.
.
Ask great men and women who carved out a name for themselves in their generation, it was an height they attained, not by sudden flights but by toiling through the night when their mates where wasting time. Many of us can't pay a quarter of the price they paid.
.
Twenty seventeen is still fresh with eleven months to go to another year. What are you doing with your life, time, resources and brain? If you fail to pay the price for your success in life, no government or persons will provide an enabling environment for you.
.
Create the environment. If you fail, try again. Failure in a thing is better than not trying to do anything. Your failure in the process is just a platform to doing it better. Taking shortcuts to winning the prize is failure and an abrupt termination of your life.
.
*Dating is not a shortcut to having a great marriage, it'll only make you shred your life into pieces while trying to find the right person. However, pay the price to groom yourself to become the right person and lean on God to find the right person.
.
*Shoddy deals isn't the shortcut to financial success, it'll only land you in jail someday. Pay the price to create your own business where you have free, legal and righteous mind to enjoy the proceeds.
.
*Pulling others down isn't the pathway to the top, you're only digging an unseen grave for yourself. Work and pray your way to the top.
.
*Examination malpractices isn't the easiest way to academic success, burning the midnight candle helps you and prepares you for the life ahead.
.
*Wishing what you want in life won't help you to have what you want, it'll only make you a beggar so work out your wishes into reality.
.
Pay the prize to your greatness today so that you can win the prize tomorrow.
