'STIR UP'

"Wherefore I put you in remembrance that you stir up the gift of God, which is in you by the putting on of my hands" - 2 Timothy 1:6
.
What is the gift of God that is in me that you have received by the anointing? How do I fan it up into flames?
.
The gift of God is different from talent. Everyone's got talent but not everyone has the gift of God. The first gift of God is eternal life (Rom. 6:23).
.
God's gift are spiritual (1 Cor. 12:1-11). God gives man this gift as He will. You can't have a gift and people around you won't know.
.
Another gift is the gift of preaching the good news. Not everyone has been sent, only few have been sent to preach by God (Rom. 10:14-15). Those who are sent preach God's word. They speak as an Oracle and not as orators.
 .
How can I stir up these gifts? Use it frequently and be diligent in its use. Don't be timid but be bold and courageous.
.
A gift can't be fully utilized if it's not used. How can you grow or increase in the gift of word of knowledge when you do not speak as He reveals things to you? A gift becomes useful when it's diligently used but useless when it's not used.
.
When you're diligent in the use of God's gift in you, you'll stand before kings. Paul and other apostles stood before great men.
