IT WOULDN'T MATTER...

Learning how to cook and do chores is great but trust me, if you meet your own true bone and flesh all the "Must Do" and "Must Know" before marriage wouldn't really matter.
By all means, learn how to cook and do chores as a lady, work on your weaknesses and be a good wife material before you get married and if there are areas you are helplessly weak and you are really trying hard but falling short, don't kill yourself, God will give you your perfect match who will love you the way you are and help you become a better person.
My husband is the reason I am called a good wife. He practically made me the woman I am today. I didn't know how to make Semovita, Amala, Gbegiri soup and cook some food because my mother never taught me. We were so poor, we rarely cooked! When he saw me preparing Semo the wrong way, he didn't abuse, criticize or judge me. He simply corrected me in love while having compassion for my background.
My husband taught me to fry stew with locust beans and many more. I am an excellent cook today because of my husband.
I'm not excusing you out of home training. I never said you should be lazy. I have always been a workaholic. My husband taught me how to rest. Laziness is not in my dictionary but baby, if after trying your best, there are still areas you couldn't cover, don't kill yourself, God will give you a man who will love you the way you are and help you become a better person. That is what marriage is about."Two are better than one... for if one falls, the other will uphold him..."
Pray for your own bone and flesh, you wouldn't need to be on your toes all the time. You will not miss it in marriage in Jesus name. Feel free to share. God bless you. Cheers!
