"And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the Lord appeared to Abram, and said to him, I am the Almighty God, walk before Me and be you perfect" - Genesis 17:1
Abram knew God at age 75 but God demanded that He walked before Him and be perfect when he was 99. This means that it doesn't matter when you gave your life to Christ or when you have been attending church; what matters most is when you began to walk before God.
Are you walking before God? The first man that walked with God was Enoch (Gen. 5:24). He had this personal relationship with God in that they both share intimate moment.
Fellowship with God through prayer and meditation on His word and obedience to all He reveals to you on consistent basis are indices of a man's walk with God. It is in the secret place of your walk with God that He reveals Himself to you.
Chances are high that you won't encounter God in congregational worship, you're likely to receive confirmation of whatever He told you in your secret place.
Brothers and sisters, God is interested in your walk with Him than your work for Him. Cease to mark church attendance when your secret place is non-existent. God's dealing with mankind is first with individuals before a group of people.
Do you love God enough to walk with Him or you're playing church, denomination or religion? Miracles will be your daily experience if you have an intimate walk with God and in your intimate walk, He makes you to conform to the image of His dear son.
Do not joke with your time alone with God where you study, pray and hear from Him. It is in this place that God makes His children, separates them from the world and rewards them.
Are you walking with God, with men or the world? Evaluate yourself.
