'NO SUFFERING, NO GLORY'

"Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into His glory?" - Luke 24:26
.
Why did Christ suffered? What did He suffered?
.
Going to the cross to die for the sins of the world He did no commit isn't a thing of joy. If you studied the last chapters in the Gospel or you watched the movie, The Passion of the Christ, you'll discover the terrible things He went through before He became the saviour of the world, before His name became the greatest of all powers and authorities.
.
Had it been Jesus never went through all those things, He would have been like other prophets who lived before Him.
.
For every glory you see manifest in the life of people, especially the children of God, they have suffered for it. Note, nothing good and lasting comes free.
.
You can't receive the anointing without paying the price for it. You can't marry God's best for your life and you wouldn't endure the pain and shame that comes with waiting. You can't be successful in whatever your hands find doing without an experience of pain.
.
It is a lie from the pit of hell that Jesus had borne all the whole suffering for you, although it sounds true but you need to pay the price to access your inheritance. You must pay certain price to obtain it - alignment, consistency, fellowship with the Holy Spirit, diligent and daily meditation in His word, fasting and prayers among others.
.
It is when you have suffered certain things that are the requirements for your glory that you can enter into the glory.
.
What are you presently going through that it seems you can no longer forbear? Don't give up! If you're going through adversity to attain a greater glory, know that it's but for a moment as it works for you a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.
