Whose Truth Will You Follow: The Word or the World?

There are two principles that governs everyone in life: the Word of God or the philosophy of the world. The outcomes of your life is a function of the truth you believe and adhere to.
.
It is one thing to know God and it's another thing to submit your life to His word (truth). Those who live their lives according to the word cannot have the same experience with those who live their lives according to the world.
.
However, there’s a truth from the world that puts lives into bondage and there's another truth in the Word that sets you free.
.
Whose truth will you follow?
.
The world says, "Go into a relationship so that you can learn how to handle opposite sex relationship". But the word says, "Seek first His kingdom and righteousness and other things shall be added unto you".
.
The world says, "Dating is the right way to know whom to marry" but the word says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding".
.
The world says, "You can propose to a man, it doesn't mean who does the proposal" but the word says, "He that finds a wife, finds a good thing" and that, "A man shall leave his father and mother and cleave to his wife". The woman doesn't propose she only positions herself. Don't tell me Ruth proposed to Boaz, read the story with an open mind!
.
On sex...
.
The world says, "Use condom and be faithful to one partner"; the word says, "This is the will of God even your sanctification, that you should abstain from fornication".
.
Men, through their worldly philosophy believes that nothing happens to you after sex because it's just fun; God's word says, "For by means of a whorish woman, a man is reduced to a piece of bread". For every illicit sex you have, something is reduced, introduced and missed.
.
That woman or man you're not married to, the world tells you that he or she is your boyfriend or girlfriend but the Word says, "So he that goes into his neighbor's wife; whosoever touches her shall not be innocent". Who you're married to is either your husband or wife but anyone you're not married to is your neighbor.
.
After all, kissing is not bad, says the world. But the word says, "Abstain from all appearance of evil".
.
The world doesn't see anything wrong in becoming pregnant before marriage or telling a man to prove his fertility; but the world says, "The marriage is honourable in all and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge".
.
You can look a woman or man anyhow, says the world but His word says, "Whosoever looks at a woman (man) and lust after her has committed adultery in his heart".
.
"Pornography or masturbation aren't bad since we're not having the real sex", so says the philosophy of the world. But the word says, "If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, whose temple you are".
.
The world says there's nothing wrong with a man marrying a man and a woman likewise but ignorant they, do not know the scripture: "A man shall leave his father and mother and cleave to his wife". Eve was made for Adam and not Adam and Steve or Eve for Evelyn.
.
The world will tell you 'body no be firewood', it's impossible to do without sex. Here's what God's word has to say, "Let each one of you learn how to possess his body in honor".
.
"It's not easy, we need the grace of God" so says some people in the world. This is true but shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? God forbids! Your qualification for grace is many times a function of your proximity to God.
.
Dear reader, you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. Any truth that puts your life in bondage is falsehood. Any truth that makes you a pervert or disregard God in your thinking is deception and would make you a reprobate.
.
What would you pattern your life after: the world or His word? The world will pass away and all that is in it but only those who does the will of God shall abide forever. The will of God is contained in His word (Bible) and doing it grants you the blessings that comes afterwards.
