Savers or Slayers?

While walking towards my Alma mater, I noticed several white buses; some fourteen-seater while some are twenty-one seater. They form a long queue to gather students who weren't going to clubs but heading towards the house of God.
.
They were all dressed gorgeously and you would have more things to feed your eyes on. If my eyes could be well fed with all that I saw, are they meeting the needs of Him that has saved us or they're just slayers?
.
Christ didn't come to slay the souls of men, He came to save lives. Are your words or deeds saving souls or slaying them?
.
It isn't a bad thing either to go to church but my concern is: if there are large numbers of people going to church on Sunday basis, how can't the light we receive effect a great change in the midst of the darkness we live in?
.
Are we saving souls or slaying them? I'm not saying there are no good Christians out there but seeing the way many are dressed to church, you'll never doubt that there are only few who have the presence of God in them. I'm not judging. Don't misunderstood my views. What makes us a Christian is by having the Spirit of Christ indwelling in us which others would see and call us 'little Christ' and the transformation that is done through us.
.
Are you a Christian or a Sunday Sunday church attendant? Outside Sundays, what does your life portray? Do people see Christ in you or the world is written all over you?
.
If over a hundred worshipper gather on Sundays to worship God, why do we still have or hear cases of immoralities on our campuses, and even among our youths?
.
This is my heart cry to us this day. Don't just be a worshipper that doesn't know (have an encounter) the God that is worshiped. Don't just be a church goer whose light cannot illuminate the darkness within, let alone the darkness without. Let your light save and not slay.
.
It is my cry that the Lord will raise laborers for the harvest of these souls, for the harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few.
.
We don't need more churches. We don't need more pastors. All we need are intercessors and evangelists who are not tied to any denomination but will go out into the world and make disciples for Christ, not church members or proselytes.
.
Wake up Christians! Hold the fort ye comrades! Our adversary is doing all that is in his power to gain more souls to himself. Souls will only perish when the saints do nothing about them. Saints will perish if we remain church members and fail to personally heed the great commission - go out into the world and make disciples. Don't slay but save!
.
You were not saved to be a church member, you were saved to save others. Are you saving or you're slaying? #SundayMuse
