A Journey to Delta State: Lesson 4 (Customer Welfare)

Gone are the days when it is normally said that "Customers are always right" but today, here in Nigeria, it's a different ball game.
.
Although I do not mean to say this is a general idea about Nigerian service providers and their customers but the way we were treated when I was en route to Delta State was poor.
.
Remember I told you that when the vehicle broke down, the driver didn't even bother to notify us. When I asked him, his response was offensive, thank God I used my church mind to deal with him.
.
Dear service providers, how do you treat your customers? How do you treat your friends on and offline?
.
Treat your customers with respect and honor so that they can patronize your service and refer you to their friends. Many Nigerians lack a good customer service treatment. Don't be a victim!
