If you want honest, sincere, godly and thorough counselling, you must be completely honest. Dishonesty turns me off. Half truth puts a comma on the counselling and outright lies put a full stop. If you can't be completely opened and honest, you don't need counselling!
A lady told me recently, guys keep hitting for a relationship because of her money, I asked about her net worth and she vamoosed! I laughed heartily. Would I empty your bank account or what? But I won't blame her much. All manner of dupes, criminals, thieves and robbers who call themselves Prophets/counsellors are everywhere, duping people of their hard earned money in the name of prophecies and ungodly seed sowing.
Before you seek counselling, pray, let the Lord lead you to a completely honest one who can tell you the honest truth you need to hear about your situation.
I have helped people out of deep financial confusion. I had to help a middle-aged woman analyze her monthly salary (in 6 figures) down to the last penny as she couldn't save much out of her income.
I have helped singles planning to get married break down their income to the last penny to accommodate the wedding, accommodation, utilities and daily expenses after marriage.
I recently counselled a lady who lost millions of naira and told her things she needs to do to get her millions back.
I am not a financial consultant. If you need business/financial advice, consult the experts. I am basically a relationship coach/marriage counsellor. All other things are by the way.
What I am trying to say in a nutshell is, don't waste my precious time telling me stories that do not exist. Don't tell me half truth. If you need counselling, come out straight, go direct and answer questions as honestly as you can, then we will get down to the root of the problem and deal with it once and for all. I hope that is clear enough. No more lies in Jesus' name.

Thanks for reading. God bless you. Cheers!
