HOW TO MAKE REVELATION A REALITY.

"But that on the good ground are they which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it and bring forth fruit with patience" - Luke 8:15
.
The word of God comes to a man by revelation (Matt. 16:17).
.
Revelations in God's word are like seeds or a flash of light. If nothing is done to them, they will never grow or become a light that would enable you to walk out of darkness.
.
By the Spirit of God, revelation of the word of God are given to a man. Whenever they come, it brings a powerful sensation or excitement but if care isn't taken, it will vanish if nothing is done about it.
.
Please take note of this, you cannot get revelations from the Bible if you read it with a closed or carnal mind, in fact, you'll only read it as a book, not as God's word. Hence, to get revelations from His word, humbly request that the Holy Spirit opens your understanding and breathes life to the word you study.
.
How do I make my revelation a reality?
.
1. Hear the Word. The word of God is Spirit and life (John 6:63). You need the ears that would hear what the Spirit is saying so that you can receive the word into your heart by faith.
.
2. Keep it. A man's heart is a ground where the word of God is received. However, your heart must be an honest and good heart.
.
A honest and good heart is that which the devil will not take away the word from it through lies and deception; it's a heart that keeps the word in spite of temptation and that which the cares, riches and pleasures of this life has no power over.
.
3. Nurture it. Seeds don't turn to plant in a day neither do they bear fruit the next day. All seed needs to be patiently nurtured till they bear fruit, the same applies to any revelation God gives you in His word.
.
It takes God to give a man a revelation but the man has his part to play in making it a reality by trusting God for grace. Don't rush to tell us the rhema you receive, wait till it transforms your life inside out.
